Archaeological Pilgrim Museum Hemmaberg-Juenna

The new archaeological pilgrimage museum Hemmaberg-Juenna opens a gate into the historical past of Globasnitz. It invites the visitor to a varied and professionally staged walk, which is convincing in terms of content, aesthetics, museum technology and pedagogy. The exhibition rooms have been generously designed and equipped with modern showcases. In addition to the numerous finds that have come to light during the approximately 20 years of excavations on Hemmaberg, the Pilgrim Museum also features a replica of the recently discovered East Gothic burial ground.
