Museum Liaunig

The Museum Liaunig in Neuhaus houses a striking collection of contemporary painting and graphic art with works by Marc Adrian, Hans Bischoffshausen, Arnulf Rainer and Hans Staudacher, among others. Equally representative is the selection of Austrian sculptors and object artists such as Otto Eder, Bruno Gironcoli and Fritz Wotruba. As a counterpoint, marvel at 600 jewelry and cult objects from African royal tribes in a 350 m² cube.

Art treasures are further complemented by works of foreign painters and sculptors. Only the long gallery wing of the overall very reduced building is visible from the outside and offers magnificent views of the landscape on its two terraces.
