Forest educational trail Dravograd-Castle

The forest educational trail Dravograd-Castle is a 2 km long circular trail that starts in the forest above the Traberg Center. The trail runs through forest, meadow and shrub wood landscapes.

Along the trail, basic principles of natural laws, individual tree and shrub species, parent rock, soil, water ecosystem and various forest animals are explained, but you can also learn about the history of Dravograd. The trail has a total of 15 information points. Right by the castle there is also a small resting place with newly built benches, which invites you to linger. The circular trail is easy and suitable for everyone and the total walking time is under 1 hour.
