Črjanski Raj

The Centre for Experiences, Explorations and Learning in nature is located in the former primary school in Koprivna, in the narrow picturesque valley of the Meža river, just 8 km from the centre of the municipality Črna na Koroškem, in the Karawanken-Karavanke UNESCO Global Geopark.

The Črjanski raj was redeveloped by the Municipality of Črna na Koroškem with the support of the European Regional Development Fund Interreg Slovenia-Austria, within the framework of the BANAP and NaKult projects.

ACTIVITIES IN NATURE
The centre offers mountain bikes, equipment for hiking and discovering the mountain trails, forest and hiking paths to farms near or farther away, and the many natural and cultural features and experiences that Črna na Koroškem and the surrounding area have to offer.

ACCOMMODATION
In the Centre there are three rooms with a total of 31 beds, and tents with all the necessary equipment for sleeping outdoors. The building has toilet facilities with showers and a small equipped kitchen. There is also a comfortable apartment with two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a sauna.

PROGRAMMES
The Centre offers a varied range of programmes, which are carried out in collaboration with various guides and tutors. The programmes are suitable for families, school and children's groups. The implementation of the programmes is possible for groups upon prior booking.
