As part of the annual school topic of the Karawanken Geopark, the second part of the training titled "UNESCO Geopark – Green Classroom" took place on May 21, 2025.
The field workshop was held during a cross-border rafting experience on the Drava River. Participants learned about the fascinating history of rafting on the river and tried out various didactic methods that we also use in situations when we are not on solid ground.
The workshop provided an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and deepen knowledge about the natural and cultural heritage of our region.
