This week, the Coordination Committee meeting of the European Geoparks Network (EGN) took place in the Karawanken-Karavanke UNESCO Global Geopark.
At the Karawanken-Karavanke UNESCO Global Geopark, we had the pleasure of welcoming representatives of the European Geoparks Network, who worked together to coordinate key network activities, discuss upcoming initiatives, and strengthen international cooperation.
We are proud to have welcomed colleagues from all across Europe to our Geopark municipalities and to have hosted this important meeting.
Such meetings are of great importance for the exchange of best practices, the planning of joint activities, and the strengthening of relationships between Geoparks committed to protecting and promoting geological, natural, and cultural heritage.
